Choir
Choir is open to anyone high school age and up. We rehearse on Wednesday evenings in the choir room and sing in the 10:45 a.m. service on Sunday. Our purpose is to use music for God’s glory and lead the congregation in worship. No audition is required, and believe it or not, you don’t need to have knowledge of music to join the choir. However, you will learn a lot about music and worship in the process. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.
Orchestra
Orchestra is open to anyone middle school age and up who has played their instrument for at least two years. Our purpose is to use music for God’s glory and provide accompaniment for congregational worship. Auditions are not required; however, minimal knowledge of music is required and some evaluation may be necessary. Rehearsal times vary.
Band & Vocal Team
We are always looking for guitarists, percussionists, keyboardists, and vocalists. We believe strongly in giving people an opportunity to use their gifts. Auditions are required for anyone desiring to play in the band or sing on the vocal team. During the 15-minute audition, you will be invited to share whatever ways God has gifted you musically.
