Made To Crave: Desiring God Not Food by Lysa TerKeurst
Has food become more about frustration than fulfillment? Author Lysa TerKeurst personally understands the battle that women face. In Made to Crave, she will help you: Break the cycle of “I’ll start again on Monday,” and feel good about yourself today; Stop agonizing over numbers on the scale and make peace with your body; Replace rationalization that leads to diet failure with wisdom that leads to victory; Reach your healthy goals and grow closer to God through the process. This study is not a how-to manual or the latest, greatest dieting plan. Made to Crave is a helpful companion to use alongside whatever healthy eating approach you choose — a book and Bible study to help you find the “want to” in how to make healthy lifestyle changes. Book: $10
- Wednesdays, 9:30 – 11:30 AM beginning Feb. 13 (Child care by reservation)

If you’ve ever felt devastated, struggled as a stranger, longed to be loved, or wept along the way, you’ll find a loyal sister in Ruth. This study includes stories, recipes, a leader guide, interactive Web site extras, and free bonus videos. Book: $13

Unglued by Lysa TerKeurst
Lysa TerKeurst admits that she, like most women, has experiences where others bump into her happy and she comes emotionally unglued. We stuff, we explode, or react somewhere in between. What do we do with these raw emotions? Is it really possible to make emotions work for us instead of against us? Yes, and in her usual inspiring and practical way, Lysa will show you how. Know with confidence how to resolve conflict in your important relationships. Find peace in your most difficult relationships as you learn to be honest but kind when offended. Identify what type of reactor you are and how to significantly improve your communication. Respond with no regrets by managing your tendencies to stuff, explode or react somewhere in between. Gain a deep sense of calm by responding. Book: $10
- MOPS Group: Wednesdays, 9:30 – 11:30 AM beginning Feb. 6 (Child care by reservation)
- Military Wives’ Group: Sundays, 5:00 – 7:00 PM beginning Feb. 10 (Child care by reservation)

The Power Of A Woman’s Words by Sharon Jaynes
A woman’s words can be used for good or evil. By choosing words that build instead of destroy, you can encourage your spouse, children, friends, coworkers, and family. Using examples from the Bible, Sharon Jaynes shows how women influenced those around them – some positively and others negatively. By learning to control the tongue, your relationships with others will flourish! Book: $11
- Quilting Class: Wednesdays, 9:30- 11:30 AM beginning Feb. 6 (Child care by reservation)

Expecting To See Jesus by Anne Graham Lotz
In this nine-session expanded edition of I Saw The LORD, Anne Graham Lotz calls Christians to wake up to the fact Jesus may come in their lifetime. She guides small groups in seeing the Lord in a fresh way, so that each participant can have a genuine experience of life-changing, fire-blazing personal revival. Accompanied by Dr. Crawford Loritts and Dr. Henry Blackaby, and using key biblical characters as examples, they share the revival lessons learned through examination of their lives as recorded in Scripture. Book: $11
- Thursdays, 9:00 – 11:00 AM beginning Feb. 7

If God Is In Control, Why Am I A Basket Case? by Debbie Taylor Williams
Forty million US adults experience anxiety disorders, and one in ten adults experiences depression each year, with women twice as likely as men to suffer major depression, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. Most women have their share of “basket-case” moments, but how can this be consistent with God’s work in our lives? Through an in-depth, eight-week examination of the Book of Colossians, author Debbie Taylor Williams leads readers to understand that “basket-case” living is not God’s intention. Book: $10
- Thursdays, 6:00 – 7:30 PM beginning Feb. 7
